Table Banding Machine TB 24 I and TB 24 II
A table-top model which can be used anywhere in the company; manually-fed and very versatile in the range of work it can handle.
Maximum output from minimum area The Busch table banding machine handles difficult work with ease. Suited to different production requirements because of its mobility.
All types of products are banded with coated kraft paper tape (white or brown) or with transparent polypropylene foil tape.
Two sizes are available:
- for 20 and 30 mm tape width
- for 40 and 50 mm tape width
with an easy adjustment of the tape width.
The banding machines are equipped with adjustable position stops, digital display, error message and electronic temperature control.
Machines can be operated by:
- single stroke release by press-button
- single stroke release by foot pedal
- automatic sensor release
For high volume production a movable large reel stand is offered for reels with 800 m kraft paper tape or 1200 m foil tape. The stand height is easily adjustabe by means of a gas pressure spring. The band feeding is controlled by sensor detection.
Large reel stand
For high volume production a large reel stand offers longer intervals between reel changes – kraft paper tape length is 800 m. – compared with 150 m. on the internal reel. The large reel stand can also be wheeled to wherever it is needed, then the wheels are locked for safety. The stand can be retro-fitted to a current model banding machine at any time.
