The FMA UV Coater - is the latest product from Fuller Grafix, Inc. designed to
meet the finishing needs of the demand print market. UV coating has become a requirement for most short run color producers.
UV enhances the quality of the printed sheet by providing a high gloss finish as well as protection against friction and fading.
The FMA Coater utilizes a unique roller design that produces a high quality coating, free of the “orange peel”
effect common with many roller coaters. The FMA Coater models are compatible with most major brands of UV coating. The machines
are designed to switch between various coatings, in a matter of minutes, with no waste.

The model AF-18 air feed system is available for the FMA Coater and can be ordered
with the machine or added in the field. The AF-18 will feed a broad range of stock up to 4000 sheets per hour.

Most UV coating lines require large amounts of space that is not always available
in today’s print market. The FMA Coater is designed to utilize a minimum of space without sacrificing quality or performance.
Some UV coaters are made from converted off-set presses. This type of coater may work well in a traditional off-set installation
but may not be suitable for a digital print environment. The FMA Coater is a clean, low maintenance UV coating system that
is well suited for use in all print environments.
