Flexible The 6600 Series is designed to offer versatility. Two, four,
or six feeders are available to meet your changing business demands. Special feeders are capable of handling a variety of
items such as pre-folded documents or pieces up to 2mm thick. All feeders are capable of feeding sheets that need folding
and/or inserts without being folded. The optional production feeder offers the ability to feed up to 325 BREs or 1,200 sheets
of 20# bond paper. The 6600 Series offers two standard outfeed systems; a high-capacity power stacker, where documents are
output in their original order, and a side exit, ideal for connecting to a mailing machine. These systems can also be set
to work in conjunction for sorting mail, or linked to handle a higher output volume. Powerful The 6600 Series processes up to 4,300 envelopes per hour, producing up to 80,000 finished
pieces per month. Each document feeder holds up to 325 sheets, and the cascade mode maximizes output by connecting multiple
feeders filled with the same document. Once one feeder empties, the next automatically starts feeding, for a total capacity
of up to 1,950 sheets. The envelope hopper holds up to 500 envelopes and is top-loading for continuous operation. In addition,
the large power stacker holds up to 500 filled envelopes for maximum efficiency. Secure Double-document detectors are located at the feeder and at the insertion area to ensure
that no double documents are fed into the system. The 6600 Series utilizes electromechanical detectors which can operate with
any print density, paper color, thickness or paper dust. Documents requiring inspection are diverted automatically, without
interruption. The optional Optical Mark Recognition feature allows for the automatic insertion of multiple-page documents.
OMR determines which documents belong together in each envelope, eliminating the tedious task of manually collating and inserting.
Several OMR types are available, including Flex and Reverse OMR, in addition to a wide array of standard features. Easy to Operate The 6600 Series combines technical innovations with a
user friendly design. With the AutoSetTM feature, all settings such as fold type, fold length, envelope size, paper length,
and double document detection are set automatically. Simply load the material and go. The central control panel features graphic
and text prompts, and its 20 programmable jobs make operation a breeze, with the push of a button. The top-loading envelope
hopper, and feeder cascade mode maximize operator efficiency and increase output. | User Friendly Control Panel | Large power stacker holds up to 500 filled envelopes, and is standard on all models |
