Trade printer, Reed-Parker, Inc. was in need to increase their business but could not produce multiple four-color jobs efficiently on an older two-color press. "The time involved just did not allow us to be competitive", stated Gary Parker. This is when we contacted Fuller Grafix, Inc. to discuss equipment that would solve our problem. Larry Fuller proposed a Sakurai 466SIP which is a fully automated four-color 26” press. The press featured, plate changing system, auto ink roller wash, blanket wash, console and CIP-3 ink fountain preset and fully automatic perfector change over. The press is so fast on makeready that they can turn around jobs quickly and easily.

Reed-Parker also installed a Sakurai two-color perfector to handle the two-color work as well as the one-over-one book work. Both presses have been easy to operate and reliable – "I cannot remember when we had our last service call", commented Parker.
